Buenas tardes,

Tiene sentido utilizar la ganancia sacada de una venta futura de una actividad, para contrarrestar su VPN menor que 0?

Actualmente el VPN que tengo es negativo. Un TIR del -9%. Sin embargo no he tenido en cuenta el flujo de caja que me aportara la venta de la actividad al final del 4 año.

Perdonad si no me he explicado correctamente, y si me podes echar un cable.

Hay que tener en cuenta ese flujo originado por la venta para calcular el VPN, se incluye en el flujo de fondos como el reste de los flujos, en el cuarto año
